Mayor Ted Wheeler will be joined by Portland Police Bureau Chief Jami Resch for a press conference at 8:30 this morning to address the fourth night of demonstrations in the Portland metro area. Topics will include the City’s preparations for—and response to—the protests that continued Monday night into Tuesday morning.
