The City of Portland and the Portland Police Association will be meeting on February 7th to discuss bargaining protocols and procedures. The meeting will be held at 2 pm at Portland Community College Southeast Community Hall. Members of the public and media who wish to attend the meeting may do so as observers, but with these guidelines as agreed by the Portland Police Association and the City of Portland. The guidelines (attached) are in place to facilitate observers to attend the bargaining sessions hosted by the city.
