Apply for a Community Watershed Stewardship Program grant

If you have a project that benefits your community and the environment, you can apply for a Community Watershed Stewardship Program (CWSP) grant of up to $12,000. The two-page pre-application for projects is due by 4 p.m. on the first Friday of February each year.

Apply for a native plant mini-grant

Mini-grants are available from the Community Watershed Stewardship Program (CWSP). These grants provide gift certificates for native plants that benefit the watershed. They are available to community groups or individuals. We accept and review applications year-round. Download the application here.

Become a Green Street steward

Register as a volunteer Green Street steward and help take care of Green Streets in your neighborhood. It takes only a few minutes to sign up and find available Green Streets to adopt. Thank you for helping us keep our rivers and streams clean.

Make a complaint about a City bureau or office

The Ombudsman is your Rose City watchdog. We are here to make sure City government treats Portland residents and businesses fairly. We investigate complaints and identify ways to resolve them. As part of the City Auditor’s Office, we’re independent and impartial.
