Well known Portland bicycling advocate, leader of the Portland Black Girls Do Bike chapter and Forge Hot Yoga Alberta District Yoga & Pilates Fitness coach will be joining us this week as to takeover Sunday Parkways. On Wednesday, she will be taking us through a low impact HIIT workout. Get ready to sweat.
What is HIIT?
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio. We will use intervals of 20/10. You will need to push yourself to the max for 20 seconds during every set. We will use 10 seconds to rest and reset.
