The City of Portland’s 311 program improves access to information and services by providing a single point of contact – in person, online or over the phone.

People shouldn’t have to know how their local government is organized to find the information they need. The City of Portland’s 311 program improves access to information and services by providing a single point of contact for questions and requests – in person, online or over the phone.

Today, people can stop by the Portland Building at 1120 Southwest Fifth Ave. to pay a bill or request information at a friendly, welcoming customer service center. By 2021, an online portal and phone hotline will provide virtual options for taking care of business.
