The City is developing an emergency response model grounded in the community's needs and capabilities. The Community Safety Division works with Council and public safety bureaus to develop equitable and accountable emergency response innovations and a holistic plan to modernize community safety.
The City's Hearings Office conducts impartial administrative hearings and renders decisions in Land Use Hearings, Code Hearings, Appeals of City Decisions, Towing Hearings, and other administrative matters.
The Bureau of Human Resources supports City employees by coordinating the daily operations of the workforce, recruiting and retaining staff, and developing and implementing programs that benefit staff and the City as a whole.
OMF Facilities Services’ mission is to lead the way in planning, developing, and operating sustainable, accessible, cost-effective public facilities that work well for the bureaus that use them, and the public we serve.
BRFS provides centralized financial services, revenue collection, business regulation, financial reporting and compliance to all City bureaus. The bureau includes seven divisions including Accounting, Debt Management, Grants Management, Procurement Services, Revenue, Risk, and Treasury.
