The City of Portland Bureau of Emergency Management (PBEM) initiated an effort to track summer temperatures in 2021 inside of public/affordable housing units, in partnership with Home Forward, the local Housing Authority. The Multnomah County Health Department (MCHD) also joined consulting partner.
