PORTAL - Access Fire and Police Disability and Retirement Member Portal

Fire and Police Disability and Retirement (FPDR) members use the portal to view and update information related to their retirement benefits, disability claims, and payment profile.

Most people spend about 15 minutes in the portal.

The portal works best in Internet Explorer version 10 and above, Chrome, Safari and Firefox. You will need a PortlandOregon.gov account, which you'll be prompted to create if you do not already have one. 

Once you have signed into your PortlandOregon.gov account, we need to link it to your FPDR information. The initialization process will require the following:

  • PIN code assigned by FPDR (Your PIN and an instruction document was provided at retirement.  If a new PIN is needed, please call)
  • First name (as listed in FPDR records)  
  • Last name (as listed in FPDR records)  
  • Date of birth  
  • Last 4 digits of your Social Security number  

You will only need to do this step the first time you log in.
