Call us

To speak with someone at the Crime Prevention office, call our main office phone line:

Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Calls are answered during the above-listed business hours. If you receive the voice messaging system, leave a brief descriptive voicemail with your name, contact number, address and or neighborhood.

  1. Gather information

Before contacting your crime prevention team, ensure you are contacting the correct program.

    • Are you in need of crime prevention or community organizing trainings?
    • Do you want someone from Crime Prevention to attend your event or meeting?
    • Do you need crime prevention tools or resources?

    * If you answered yes to the above questions review our printable (PDF) materials and resources available. Reviewing materials and resources before contacting your crime prevention team allows you to identify more specific needs and topics we can provide to you and your community.

  2. Email your team

  3. A member of your team will contact you

Once you have completed steps 1 and 2 above, a member of the Crime Prevention Program will contact you within 2-3 business days.
