The Montgomery Park to Hollywood Transit and Land Use Development Strategy (MP2H) project will study opportunities to create an equitable development plan for transit-oriented districts in NW Portland and NE Portland. The NW study will focus on a proposed transit line extension to Montgomery Park, and include detailed proposals for land use and transportation. The NE study is more preliminary and will explore several conceptual alignment options for a Hollywood District terminus.

The City of Portland is seeking a diverse group of community members that wish to serve on a Project Working Group to provide advice and guidance to the project team specifically for the NW Portland portion of the MP2H study area.

This group will act as a “sounding board” for the NW portion of the study. The PWG will review and inform draft products and the overall public involvement process.

The group is expected to meet periodically, from March 2020 to roughly March 2021. Members should be generally versed in land use, development, and transportation matters, and be able to generally provide advice and guidance from the broad perspective, as well as communications to affiliated organizations.
