Agenda

Map showing transit connections serving Montgomery Park and Hollywood areas in Portland.

The Montgomery Park to Hollywood Transit and Land Use Development Strategy (MP2H) project is looking at potential equitable development plans for transit-oriented districts in NW Portland and NE Portland (see bubbles on map).

During this open house, project staff will share information about the project. Portlanders will have a chance to learn more about the study, review existing conditions, and share your thoughts about how possible future development and transit service could best serve the areas.

More about the project

The study will identify land use and urban design, economic development and community benefit opportunities with a transit-oriented development scenario – including a potential streetcar extension – in both areas.

The project will also consider how such opportunities could support the City’s racial equity, climate justice, employment and housing goals.
