Due to the extended deadline, there will be no individual extensions and reports will not be accepted beyond July 22.

If you are able, we encourage you to submit your report sooner. We will continue to review reports at regular intervals and provide you with a compliance confirmation or instructions for correcting any reporting errors.

Submitted reports and exemptions

If you already submitted your report, we are currently reviewing it and will respond with a compliance confirmation or instructions for correcting reporting errors shortly. Please make sure to add bps@portlandoregon.gov and energyreporting@portlandoregon.gov as approved senders to your email service.

If you already applied for and received approval for an exemption, your 2019 exemption is still in effect. This message is being distributed to all building contacts in order to share this update quickly.
