The Portland Bureau of Transportation’s (PBOT) Area Parking Permit Program is designed to help people control the amount of commuter parking where they live or work. Through a community petition, residents may request a new zone be set up or that their area be annexed into an existing zone.

The City prohibits mobile washing businesses from discharging washwater to the City's stormwater system. Submit an application for authorization to discharge to the City’s sanitary sewer system. As a condition of authorization to discharge, you must submit an annual certification of compliance.
