The City prohibits mobile washing businesses from discharging washwater to the City's stormwater system. Submit an application for authorization to discharge to the City’s sanitary sewer system. As a condition of authorization to discharge, you must submit an annual certification of compliance.

Wastewater discharges from asbestos removal or residential structure demolition must not enter the City stormwater system. For discharges into the sanitary sewer system, businesses must get prior authorization. Then you must certify compliance annually. Download and submit the required forms here.
