This committee is charged with reviewing proposals and selecting grant recipients for clean energy projects that will benefit communities of color and low-income households.

Planning and Sustainability Commission

The PSC has responsibility for the stewardship, development, and maintenance of the City's Comprehensive Plan, Climate Action Plan, and Zoning Code. By holding public hearings and discussing issues and proposals, the PSC develops recommendations to share with City Council.

Portland Housing Advisory Commission

PHAC is the primary public forum for the discussion of affordable housing policy and programming for the City of Portland. Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month. Times and locations are subject to change.
